Count Duckula’s Castle has made a return to FarmVille! It’s a blast from the past that will allow you to build Count Duckula’s Castle again.
Count Duckula’s Castle was a previously released feature in FarmVille that is now once again available. Note, Count Duckula’s Castle will not be harvestable for items to use with the retired Halloween basket as it was previously used for. However, it can be harvested for bonus building materials and Farm Coins!
After the update is made available to you, place your Duckula’s Castle frame on your farm and start building! If you can’t locate your building frame check your FarmVille Gift Box. It can also be found in the FarmVille Market for 0 Farm Coins. Try keyword searching “Duckula” if you are having trouble locating it.
Building Count Duckula’s Castle for decorative purposes is fine as it fits in perfectly with our FarmVille Haunted Hollow farms and we think it’s awesome that Zynga has re-released this feature for those that would like to build it on their farms. Building this feature is entirely optional, so it’s up to you whether you build it or not.
Constructing Count Duckula’s Castle
Count Duckula’s Castle is a constructible building that has six construction phases. The best part is that this time around all of the parts can be found in your Special Delivery Boxes! The good news- you can use your SDB to construct and complete your Count Duckula’s Castle and Zynga has lowered the number of parts required. Thanks, big Z! Knockers and Haunted Bricks are also giftable. Goo can also be obtained by posting a share to your Facebook News Feed. Whenever you click on a friend’s share, you will also receive a free part for yourself.
Similar to other constructible buildings you will collect materials to complete your Duckula’s Castle. There are 6 building stages which are listed below. Each stage requires more materials and as you build up your castle it will change appearance becoming more grand with each stage.

Level 1: Spooky Duckula’s Castle
FarmVille Haunted Hollow 16×16 Expansion for Farm Coins
On Monday, FarmVille added a Farm Coin option to the 16×16 Haunted Hollow “Spooky Square” land expansion!
You can scoop up this expansion at the cost of 25,000 Farm Coins or optional 27 FV$ Farm Cash price. Other Haunted Hollow land expansions are discounted at about a 10% discount, but there are no other Farm Coin options just yet. Keep your fingers crossed for another Farm Coin Haunted Hollow expansion soon!

FarmVille Haunted Hollow Unwither Ring Loading Screen
FarmVille has some Unwither Rings “coming soon” to our Haunted Hollow farm!
Unwither Rings grant you wither protection on your crops. As long as they are turned on, your crops will never wither or die. Typically Unwither Rings cost 250 Farm Cash.
You can see a sneak peek of what the Haunted Hollow Unwither Rings are expected to look like below. Aren’t their Jack-O-Lantern cases adorable?

Rose is back with a new “Spray and Delay” challenge in FarmVille Haunted Hollow!
You will have about two days to complete this challenge by collecting 10 Potion Sprayers from your friends via the Facebook News Feed. Remember, when you click on a friend’s share you also receive the part for yourself. Help a friend, help yourself! The Gargoyle Costume for your farmer avatar is up for grabs.

We asked for it- and the big Z has taken note! Remember our plea for Haunted Hollow Shared Storage in the “Dear Zynga” letter? There’s a Shipping License now available for Haunted Hollow!
Currently, you can only purchase the Haunted Hollow Shipping License with Farm Cash and it’s quite expensive at 250 Farm Cash. So many of us asked for the Shipping License to Haunted Hollow at the start of our new Halloween themed farm, not when it is wrapping up because let’s face it– moving around Halloween decorations during Christmas is just not the same as being able to enjoy it during the actual holiday!

Lots of us FarmVille Freaks have accumulated tons of Limited Edition Halloween decorations over the years that would look great in Haunted Hollow and now those of you who are willing to pay Farm Cash up front can move them there now. Of course if 250 Farm Cash is too steep, it’s likely there will be other ways to get obtain one later on. Let’s hope for another 40% off Farm Cash sale so we can take advantage of this early Shipping License opportunity!
