In a sneak attack update, a new FarmVille Limited Edition Rainbow crop hit the FarmVille Market and for Farm Coins!

If you are having trouble locating the new seeds, try searching keyword “Rainbow” in your FarmVille Market and you should be able to find the Rainbow seeds.

The market icon for Rainbow seeds indicates that it is part of the “Cloud City” theme. The Limited Edition Rainbow is a one day crop that yields 3 XP and 150 Farm Coins when harvested. Seeds can be purchased for 10 Farm Coins per plot (plus plowing costs). You can purchase Rainbow seeds using Farm Coins during the next 27 days.  It does have Crop Mastery available as well.

In an unusual Monday night Update, FarmVille welcomed two new Limited Edition buildings to the FarmVille Market.

The new buildings include a Suburban Cottage and Neon Building both part of the Perfect Pet theme. These buildings are decorative buildings who do not serve any other function besides being a decoration that can be used to spruce up your farm.

Each of these buildings cost 20 Farm Cash each and can be purchased during the next 41 days via the FarmVille Market.

So that’s what happened to Red Roses! Yesterday Red Roses were briefly released to the FarmVille Market for a short duration before they vanished.

From these unreleased images, it seems as though Red Roses will be a part of an upcoming FarmVille Save the Children promotion for Valentines Day.

You’ll still have to purchase a license to grow this Limited Edition Farm Cash crop, but your purchase will act as a donation towards Save the Children.
