Q: What is the FarmVille Team’s favorite limited edition theme? Will there be more Puppies in the future? A: Some favorite limited edition items include: Nessy, the Cowboy Gnome, Drop Zone and the White Owl; More Puppies will be periodically released in the future.

Q: How long does it take for Zynga to launch a new theme to FarmVille? A: Two weeks to one month.

Q: Can the Zynga team please bring the Podcast back to iTunes? A: FarmVille Podcast are available on YouTube or you can stream the podcast through iTunes. Will be available to download once again to iTunes in the near future.

FarmVille July 2, 2010 Podcast Cancelled

So, with no coming soon snippet this week, what do you expect to see over the coming week?

Grimwell, a community manager of the Official FarmVille Forums, posted today that we will have to wait until next week for the FarmVille Podcast.

“There will be no FarmVille Podcast today. Due to unforeseen circumstances we will have to delay until next week. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes listeners and thank you for your understanding.”

New Chickens and Mystery Eggs added to FarmVille:

• Rhode Island Red
• Scots Grey
• Cornish Chickens

These chickens give corresponding eggs when harvesting your coop or feeding a neighbors.

• No theme this time round, farm should show creativity

A: Yes, more Co-op missions will be added, but no exact release date or time frame as of yet.

Q: What happened to the old “tip of the week” segment of the podcast?
A: This segment was replaced with the user-submitted question portion, but if you would like to see it return than please let Zynga know via the Official FarmVille Forums.

Q: How long it takes to implement a new feature or item into FarmVille?
A: The time depends on how complicated the feature or item is. All items must be passed through the creative director who works with the FarmVille team to take ideas to the next level.

Coming Soon to FarmVille:

• All buildings, with the exception of those storing animals, will become rotatable!
• New Wild Mustang feature
• The dogs trained to Level 5 learn a ‘special trick’, this trick will soon be available for use.

New tools coming soon:

• New “move” tool which will “allow you to click and object, move it anywhere and then click again to drop the object”
• New delete option that will allow you to opt out of the “Are you sure you want to delete…” pop up for 5 minutes

This evening Channel Zero (Official FarmVille Forum moderator) gave the following statement:

We’d like to apologize, but due to various technical issues with FarmVille this week’s podcast has postponed until next week.

The FarmVille team is currently working very hard to alleviate the bugs and technical issues that have arisen over the past few days, and make your farming experience as smooth as possible. We appreciate your understanding during this time and we’ll be sure to update you as soon as our next podcast is ready.

This is the third time the FarmVille Podcast has been delayed. Well, at least Channel Zero said they were trying to fix bugs for us. Hopefully the issues farmers have been experiencing will be fixed soon and a podcast will soon follow.

Last Friday’s April 23rd official FarmVille Podcast was delayed and rescheduled for today.

However, it looks like it will once again be delayed as Lexilicious is still not feeling well. There will be no podcast for last week.

The next podcast (hopefully) will be on Friday, April 30th conducted by Channel Zero.
