The County Fair has arrived in FarmVille!
This new feature allows you to help Farmer Bob compete and earn exclusive rewards. Its premise is somewhat simliar to the recent Prize Pig feature where you recruit the help of a partner to then help Farmer Bob and unlock exclusive rewards.
Here’s some of the images from this new feature. The FarmVille Freak Guide will be coming later tonight!

Okay now something else to research. What crops for what animals??
They give you mulch to start on the chicken and then a list of crops to grow that ends in “and More” LOL AND the chicken DISAPPEARS in a few hours. So make sure you have tons of mulch to do the animal 6x’s in a row or you are up S Creek without a paddle……..
Sorry for the rant. The shorter crops gave me no mulch. Good-luck collecting more that a couple different ones.

I need to know what crops to plant to make the mulch. They are not specific. For example, I want mulch for my chicken. It’s green and it says “Green Mulch, get more by harvesting swiss chard, lemon balm, and others”. Well I need to know what they mean by Others. They need to let us know what crops to grow to get the mulch. So far I have not been able to get very much mulch and it’s really annoying. If anyone out there knows something I don’t please let me know.

I dont have the red or blue mulch. I only have 3 yellow, 1 brown, and 1 green.

Does anyone know if this is a “one time” thing, where once you get all of them to 1st place it is over, or will there be a new set of animals? I finished all of the groups and got all of the animals in about a day and a half… Would love a set of special Christmas animals… or elves or something.

There are 5 colors of Mulch and they are:
Yellow mulch can be obtain by harvesting Rye, Potatoes.
Blue mulch can be obtain by harvesting Clovers, Rice.
Brown mulch can be obtain by harvesting Eggplant, Pineapple.
Green mulch can be obtain by harvesting Rhubarb, Watermelon.
Red mulch can be obtain by harvesting Strawberries, Raspberries.

Loved this challenge, because it was useful from all farms … what do you do when you complete it all, with number 1 … is there a new challenge?

Anyone notice that with the first place animals you can put things such as other animals and eggs around them for a 5% bonus? I just noticed this tonight before placing an egg on my farm and my chicken “lit up” similar to how the tree groves do.
