I’m so glad they changed the things we get although some are kinda lame.

Looks to me like the Scotts Grey have the best prizes bc there’s a better chance to get the chickens and fvcash with fewer prizes

What the Hell!?! Golden chickens from a level 7 Rhode Island Red chicken egg? I feel sorry for the poor saps who spent FV$ to fill a coop with them because Zynga just said, “Thanks for your money…Suckers!”

Interesting that the Post Office is implied to have a greater value than a red barn. The red barn can be used for storage and expanded while the Post Office is merely decorative.

I received a Farmhand consumable from the Rhode Island Red Mystery Egg I got today.
Posted on May 20th, 2010 at 2:37 am
Not to be a downer, but a lot of the prizes in the new eggs are pretty lame. The red egg is supposedly the most special and from it you can get a post office? Really? Or a gnome? Or – OMG!! – a gold chicken? Give me a break. All the build up over the new chicken breeds and this is what we get. I know that we (as a group) tend to complain a lot about every little thing, but this is just ridiculous.

I just got a flower bike from a Golden Egg…

I’ve never had one of the big fuel prizes (10 or 20). Never ever. Just lots of chickens. I have no need of any of the buildings and don’t want a chicken gnome or any other gnome. I’d be happy to be able to choose a ‘lesser’ prize e.g. be able to swap a chicken gnome for an arborist.

I fertilize my neighbor’s crops and feed their chickens every day, and yet I never ever find an egg. The only times I find an egg is when I’m harvesting my coop and I can’t keep the f***ing egg.
I’m tired of it! Some of my neighbors find 5 or 6 eggs everyday and I never find anything. Not to mention that when I go to get one of the eggs they find, even if it’s been there for 2 minutes, the eggs are already taken.

i got a chinchilla with a golden egg

Anyone else having problems with feeding their nabours chickens? I wait for the chicken coop to light up so that I can feed them and a lot of the times it never happens.. it’s not because I’ve fed them before that day.. it just doesn’t happen..
Anyone else experienced that??

FV $, haven’t found any yet but I am looking forward to being able to buy a few FV$ items.
YAY!
Posted on May 20th, 2010 at 11:52 am
To Madde: It seems that we’re limited to 20 coops a day. The topic is covered on the FV Forums. I try to alternate between starting with my neighbors with the least experience, and starting with those with the highest level of experience. The ones in the middle get their coops fed every day, while the ones on both ends get theirs fed every other day.

@Adeline – 3 people can grab an egg off a post. It used to be 5, but they changed it 2 months ago.
Posted on May 20th, 2010 at 1:01 pm
I have found on other sites a more comprehensive list, including collectibles that I have found in the eggs myself. There are more to be added to this list, but perhaps this is a list of what the farmville freak group has found within their own members.
I also found it odd that the new eggs are on par with the golden chicken. It appears that there is barely any incentive to have the new chickens over the gold chicken. I did enjoy when white eggs & golden eggs gave out rare items long ago. I wish they would do that again.

Thank you Kathyppa!! Now I have to start planning before I start feeding! Thank you again!

Rhode Island Red Mystery Egg also contains 20 fuel and Farmhands. I would assume if i got a farmhands, you can get an arborist as well.

Golden Egg: Rhode Island Red Chicken, Scots Grey Chicken, Chinchila, Pinwheel, 1 FV$ and a School House
Posted on June 5th, 2010 at 1:32 am
open a rhode island red the other day and got an arborist, seems like a cheap gift for a rare egg… but that is my opinion. so i guess that gift needs to be added to the list of possible gifts.

********* FARMVILLE FRIENDS **********AS MY “SHARE A WISH” DOESN T WORK ****** I HAVE TO POST THIS EVERY 30 MINUTES ******** I NEED BRICKS, BOTTLES, NAILS, WOODEN BOADS & BLANKETS *********** FOR MY NURSERY BARN ***** PLEASE HELP IF U CAN ********* THANK U ********
Posted on July 17th, 2010 at 6:27 pm
Well….
How about a chicken coop unlock from time to time once a month for example as you do with the Nursery Barns ?
Come on zynga! be reasonable !
So many farmers have at least 5 Dairy Barns on their farms…….. and nothing to say of the Nursery Barns…
“Having too many Mystery Eggs present in the FarmVille economy can unbalance the game.” …
Not true…. the bigger the farm is the more farmers need new chicken coops….
Taking in account the reached level and the size of the farm… a farm with 26×26 need a least a second 2 chicken coop or a higher expansion until 80 or 100 ….
So Zynga, think of it …..
Posted on July 17th, 2010 at 6:39 pm
All stuff from all eggs is ok. What U need U use, what is unnecessary U can sell… U can get some coins for that and free some used space on the farm…;)
Posted on July 25th, 2010 at 10:59 pm
i got 2 rhode island eggs, but both of them give items that i dont even want… a rare butterfly and farmhand… WTF???
Posted on August 1st, 2010 at 9:35 pm
Dear Mr Farmville,
“Lord Farmville Giveth and Lord Farmville taketh away.”
WHERE are the FUEL prizes in these eggs ?? Lately we feel like giving up.
We have the 26×26 farm and NEVER have enough fuel to complete the job.
Since the crafting cottages started the fuel has gone on strike & zynga are making it harder & harder. We cannot afford to spend cash on this game.
We trade in a collection now & then to get 5 Fuel.
We get ‘drip-fuel’ bonus off the tool bar = one lousy fuel. One every 8 hours? That barely touches these bigger farms.
We get a little fuel via the market stall when friends buy bushels.
We get a few ‘small cans’ off bonuses (and maybe a large if lucky), but then its says you’ve had your share for the day – so here, have 100 coins.
We get a lot of eggs from bonuses, so we saved some up on a small area on the farm. We had about 30 feeling dead-set sure we’d get some fuel, but not one bloody fuel in any of them. Not even a sad little 1/5 can.
ALL 99% chickens + 1% farmhand. Its pathetic….PLEASE, zynga consider more chicken coop expansion and more fuel as gifts and in eggs. Thats all we want. Please press the FUEL IN EGGS button and make it happen.
Thankyou
